Planting

Maturing
During spring, Clary Sage develops large textured leaves before producing tall flowering stems. Throughout the growing season, we carefully monitor the crop to encourage healthy growth and preserve its aromatic qualities.
Flowering
As the 2-nd summer approaches, Clary Sage fields burst into bloom with beautiful violet, lilac, and pink bracts surrounding delicate flowers. This spectacular flowering period not only transforms the landscape but also marks the stage when the plants are rich in aromatic compounds and ready for harvest.
Harvest
Clary Sage is harvested during full flowering, when the aromatic profile of the plant reaches its peak. The freshly harvested flowering tops are transported promptly to the distillery to preserve their natural fragrance and ensure the highest quality essential oil and floral water.
